Usage & Limits
Session Limits
Each plan has a monthly session limit. A session is counted when you start a task (not when you submit). Unused sessions do not roll over.
Assessment Limits (Teams)
For team plans, each assessment is one candidate completing one task from an invitation. Your monthly allotment refreshes at the start of each billing period. If you exceed it, overage charges apply per assessment.
AI Chat Limits
- Free plan: 5 AI calls per session using the basic model
- Paid plans: Unlimited AI calls using the full model
- Maximum 40 messages per conversation (applies to all plans)
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading
Go to Settings > Billing (for individuals) or Team Hub > Settings (for teams) and click "Upgrade". Changes take effect immediately.
Downgrading
Downgrade from the same billing page. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You keep access to your current plan until then.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from the billing page. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards. Payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments.
Billing Portal
Access the billing portal from Settings > Billing > "Manage Billing" to:
- View and download invoices
- Update your payment method
- Change billing interval (monthly/annual)
- View usage statistics
Refund Policy
Individual plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email support@dynalab.ai for a full refund within 30 days of your first payment.
