Terms of Service

Last updated: March 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DynaLab.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DynaLab.ai is a platform for practicing AI-assisted software engineering tasks. Users solve coding challenges in a browser-based IDE with an AI assistant, and receive a scorecard evaluating their process across multiple dimensions.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a GitHub or Google account to use DynaLab.ai. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to not create accounts for the purpose of abusing the Service.

4. Free and Pro Tiers

DynaLab.ai offers a free tier with limited tasks and a Pro tier with additional features. Free tier features may change over time. Pro tier pricing, features, and availability will be announced separately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass free tier limits or access paid features without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers).
  • Share your scorecard in a misleading way (e.g., claiming it represents someone else's skills).

6. Intellectual Property

Code you write during sessions remains your intellectual property. DynaLab.ai retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated session data for benchmarking and product improvement. Task descriptions, scoring rubrics, and platform content are owned by DynaLab.ai.

7. AI Assistant

The AI assistant is provided as-is. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain errors. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying all AI output. DynaLab.ai is not liable for decisions made based on AI responses.

8. Scorecards and Sharing

Scorecards are generated algorithmically based on session telemetry. Scores are indicative and should not be taken as absolute measures of engineering ability. When you share a scorecard, you grant DynaLab.ai permission to make the scorecard accessible via the shared link.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores will be perfectly accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynaLab.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@dynalab.ai.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes.
